Yoga for Beginners

Have you heard the benefits of yoga but not sure how to get started?  Looking to stretch and strengthen your body and help your mind find calm?  Yoga for Beginners 6-week series will introduce you to basic yoga principles, simple breath work techniques and key alignment in foundational poses. Questions are welcome as we ensure your safety in poses and get you set up for a healthy practice. This will be a fun introduction to the practice of yoga, led by trusted instructors from Yoga Home.  Class size is limited to provide personalized attention.

Yoga for Beginners is appropriate for anyone looking to start or re-engage with yoga, including students ages 14+ – a perfect opportunity for families with teens to start a practice together.

Classes will led by Rose DiSanto, who makes the practice accessible for all and enjoy supporting those new to yoga on their journey.

We know it can feel intimidating starting a new practice and are committed to supporting new students. Dates & Location

Session runs 6:30pm to 7:30pm for six Tuesdays, September 19th – October 26th.   Please note – this series takes place at The Community Center at The Fel, 501 Harry Street, Conshohocken, not at Yoga Home’s studio and registration is through The Community Center’s portal.
