Livestream Classes

Our livestream classes allow you to join class live, from wherever you are.  This is a great option for those who are more comfortable practicing in their own space, or while you’re away from home and can’t make it to the studio.  A few things to help you optimize your experience:

• Turning your camera on allows our teachers to see you and deepen the connection.  
• Feel free to ask questions – either by unmuting yourself before class starts or putting something in the chat. 
• Have a question about your alignment?  Ask the teacher in advance and keep your camera on so we can give you feedback.
• If the screen proves to be a distraction, we suggest turning your device away from you and simply follow the teacher’s verbal cues.
