Jenn McCracken

Jenn’s journey began on her mat in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement running. Over time, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving numerous certifications and remains an avid runner and athlete.
