Jenn McCracken

she/her/hers - studio manager, senior teacher

Jenn’s journey began on her mat in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement running. Over time, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving 200 hr certifications from Power Yoga Works and Beyond Asana. She has been certificated to teach prenatal yoga through Ryah Dekis of Nectar and Nurture Yoga, restorative yoga with Angela Boltz, and kid’s yoga through Yoga Life Institute (she served as an ambassador with Next Generation Yoga). Noticing the benefits of meditation in her life, Jenn studied meditation practices and techniques with Cyndi Lee to teach meditation.  Most recently, Jenn completed her 500 hour RYT, a rigorous program, through Three Queens Yoga as well as receiving her YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) status.  She is a Senior Member of the Yoga Home Teaching Team and Trainer for their 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.  Her classes focus on breath work, embody positive energy, and encourage students to tap into their best selves. Jenn enjoys teaching people in all stages of life.

Jenn also serves as Yoga Home’s Studio Manager, acting as direct liaison with students for any membership related issues and managing the Front Desk Team.  She’s your “go-to” person for any questions related to your account, upcoming programming, private, school or workplace sessions.

Jenn’s favorite part of her day is spending time with her husband Sean and their three kids in the wonderful Conshohocken community she calls home.
