Teen Yoga Zen Den

Welcome to our Zen Den – an event just for teens!  Join us for a fun evening that includes yoga, reiki healing, pizza & snacks and planting succulents.

Teen Yoga Zen Den was created to address the void of free weekend activities for our local teens. The CTC Wellness Foundation along with community partner Yoga Home of Conshohocken have planned an evening where teens ages 13-18 could look forward to a fun night ahead, possibly making new friends and walking away being grateful knowing that they are special just the way they are and they are enough!

Join us May 17th, 6:30-9:00pm

This event is FREE, but registration is required.  Register for Teen Yoga Zen Den HERE

About Jenn McCracken:

Jenn’s journey began on her mat in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement running. Over time, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving 200 hr certifications from Power Yoga Works and Beyond Asana. She has certificates to teach prenatal yoga through Ryah Dekis of Nectar and Nurture Yoga, restorative yoga with Angela Boltz, and kid’s yoga through Yoga Life Institute (she served as an ambassador with Next Generation Yoga). Noticing the benefits of meditation in her life, Jenn studied meditation practices and techniques with Cyndi Lee to teach meditation. Her classes focus on breath work, embody positive energy, and encourage students to tap into their best selves. Jenn enjoys teaching people in all stages of life. Jenn is a Senior Member of Yoga Home’s Teaching Team, part of their 200-Hour YTT faculty and Studio Manager.  Jenn’s favorite part of her day is spending time with her husband Sean and their three kids in the wonderful Conshohocken community she calls home.
