Postpartum Support Yoga Series

This program is specifically designed for individuals in the postpartum stage to build community and nourish your physical, mental and emotional body.

Join Jenn McCracken, trained Postpartum Doula and Yoga Instructor, for this gentle/slow flow yoga class. Each week the class will focus on a different theme of parenthood, as well as target areas such as shoulders, wrists, back, hips, and safe core restoration. Bring your bab(ies) to learn some yoga for babies and caregivers in this judgement free, parental support community!

This 8 week series runs Thursday mornings, 10:45-11:45.
