Gratitude Yoga Class and Service Project

There is no better way to cultivate a sense of gratitude than taking time to reflect and being of service. Join us for an all levels yoga class, which will be truly appropriate for all – from beginners to more advanced practitioners.  This Gratitude Yoga Class and Service Project will bring you more fully into the spirit of the season.

You’ll enjoy a grounded flow with focus on opening the heart center. Class will be led by Yoga Home Studio Manager and Senior Teacher, Jenn McCracken, who actively supports community service initiatives. As we continue to seek ways of supporting our community, immediately following class we’ll be assembling lunches to distribute through the Homeless Outreach Program with Colonial Area Anti-Racisism and Social Equity Alliance (CAARSEA). This is a way to be of service and give back to those in need.

Join us November 17th, 6:00-8:00 pm

Class is free, but donations to support CAARSEA are welcome. Please donate through Yoga Home’s Pay Pal account HERE If you are unable to attend the event and wish to donate, please know all donations will be passed to CAARSEA to support the Homeless Outreach Program and Code Blue Shelter.

About Jenn McCracken:

Jenn (she/her) began her yoga journey in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement running. Over time, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving 200 hr certifications from Power Yoga Works and Beyond Asana. She has certificates to teach prenatal yoga through Ryah Dekis of Nectar and Nurture Yoga, restorative yoga with Angela Boltz, and kid’s yoga through Yoga Life Institute (she served as an ambassador with Next Generation Yoga). Noticing the benefits of meditation in her life, Jenn studied meditation practices and techniques with Cyndi Lee to teach meditation. Her classes focus on breath work, embody positive energy, and encourage students to tap into their best selves. Jenn enjoys teaching people in all stages of life. Jenn’s favorite part of her day is spending time with her husband Sean and their three kids in the wonderful Conshohocken community she calls home. Jenn is also a member of Yoga Home’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Team and Yoga Home’s Studio Manager.
