new to yoga 4 week series

Looking to kick off the New Year with a practice to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility and find greater purpose and calm? Join Yoga Home co-founder Kerri Hanlon and step into 2021 committed to your physical and mental health. This 4 week series will teach the basics of a yoga practice, including postures, breath work, philosophy and more. This class is highly encouraged for any students new to the practice — gain experience and confidence in preparation for many of the classes on our regular schedule. Class includes personal guidance, time for questions and additional readings. Kerri specializes in adapting the yoga practice for all abilities, so no matter your age, fitness level or size, you’ll find YOUR practice. To allow for personal instruction, class size is limited. Class will take place virtually. You’ll have the option of having your video on or off.

Asana portion of class will be recorded. (Community discussion and sharing will not be recorded)

Please wear clothing made for movement. We recommend using a yoga mat.  A yoga strap and two blocks, which will support your practice, can be purchased at a modest cost.  Alternatively, you can also use two thick books and a belt.
