Tap into the season of giving thanks with a yoga class, community feast or yogic rest.  Join us November 13th for a gratitude celebration – yogi style!

Opening to Gratitude ~ All levels yoga practice, 2:30-4pm with Kerri Hanlon

In this season of giving thanks, join Yoga Home co-founder, Kerri Hanlon, for a special class dedicated to cultivating gratitude in our lives. This extended practice will include a grounding and heart opening flow, time for reflection, and guided meditation. Appropriate for all levels, from beginners to more advanced. practitioners, this class will bring you fully into the spirit of Thanksgiving. Gratitude Feast ~ 4:30-6pm

Join us for a special gathering dedicated to giving thanks for the abundant community we have co-created!  We’re feeling particularly grateful for our cozy new “home”. We’re excited to bring back our Gratitude Feast – what better way to celebrate and connect with each other than over a shared meal? Bring a dish to share (and some copies of your recipe!) and your own table setting. All are welcome so bring a friend or family member – children welcome! This is a free community event. Yoga studios are a gathering space – most often we’ll move through a yoga practice, but this is a chance for us to connect in a different way! Please register so we can plan appropriately.

Yoga Nidra ~ 7-8pm with Lori McAlister

Also known as “the divine sleep” or sleep with awareness, Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that is rapidly gaining popularity in the West. It is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. We’ll use a variety of techniques—including guided imagery and body scanning—to aid relaxation.  You’ll reawaken feeling refreshed, renewed and on-purpose.
