This course is meant to strengthen and mobilize your entire body while uncovering your personal strengths and weaknesses. Each section is meant to teach you to skillfully engage a muscle group in order to illuminate your personal blind spots.

With this online course:

  • you’ll be able to work at your own pace and at your own convenience
  • learn how to use all types of props to bring more strength into your practice
