finding a comfortable seat

I’m sure you’ve heard a yoga teacher ask you to ‘find a comfortable seat‘ whether at the start or end of practice, or for meditation. And I’m sure that sometimes this feels pretty elusive – achy knees, sore lower back, tight hips or shoulders leaving us feeling like we might never get comfortable. And then, what about our hands? Our gaze?
