Gather & Ground with Gratitude – Fall Yoga Retreat

Join Kerri Hanlon and Gaby Borelli for a late Fall retreat designed to bring you into the fullness of the season. You’ll enjoy the tremendous power of gathering in community, grounded yoga and mindful practices, and cultivate gratitude for the abundance of life’s offerings.

The weekend will include:  

  • Four yoga sessions  
  • Morning Meditation
  • Hikes on the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute 
  • Ayurvedic, nourishing meals  
  • Bonfire ceremony or Yoga Nidra practice (weather dependent) 
  • Time for cozy cups of tea, journaling and rest 
  • Option to join additional yoga practices with Himalayan Institute faculty and visit the Sri Vidya Shrine
  • Optional Spa Treatments at PureRejuv Wellness Center and Chocolate/Coffee Tour at MOKA

No yoga experience is needed; only a willingness to show up. Brand new beginners will find plenty of direction on all aspects of our practice and more experienced yogis will discover deeper nuances of their practice.  Kerri specializes in making yoga accessible for all.

This is a truly delightful way to embrace the season of Thanksgiving. Whether you’re someone who has a daily gratitude practice or someone who feels challenged by the concept, this retreat will support you in tapping deeper into your heart space to discover the true experience of feeling grateful.
