Fall Equinox All Levels Outdoor Yoga

The Fall Equinox has traditionally been a time of yogis to gather and come together in celebration of abundance and gratitude. It is a time to seek balance, as the day and night are equal in length, and get grounded in mind and body from the whirlwind of the summer months. Join Yoga Home teacher Jenn McCracken for an All Levels Yoga practice. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the Equinox and be in community!  Come see why Yoga Home has been named Conshy’s Best Outdoor Yoga Classes and Best Yoga Studio.

Class takes place at Mary Wood Park at 6th Ave. and Hallowell Streets.  You may use your All Access Membership, 10-pack, or join with drop in pricing.

This class is offered in partnership with Conshohocken Recreation Services.

About Jenn McCracken:

Jenn (she/her) began her journey on her mat in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement running. Over time, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving 200 hr certifications from Power Yoga Works and Beyond Asana. She has certificates to teach prenatal yoga through Ryah Dekis of Nectar and Nurture Yoga, restorative yoga with Angela Boltz, and kid’s yoga through Yoga Life Institute (she served as an ambassador with Next Generation Yoga). Noticing the benefits of meditation in her life, Jenn studied meditation practices and techniques with Cyndi Lee to teach meditation. Her classes focus on breath work, embody positive energy, and encourage students to tap into their best selves.  Jenn serves as a Senior Member of Yoga Home’s Teaching Team and as Studio Manager.

Jenn enjoys teaching people in all stages of life. Jenn’s favorite part of her day is spending time with her husband Sean and their three kids in the wonderful Conshohocken community she calls home.
