Candlelight Yin Yoga

Candlelight Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice to slow the speed and the busyness of everyday life. Involving floor-based postures held for some minutes, we work mindfully and gently to open and slowly release the body’s connective tissue, giving the muscles – and the mind – complete permission to let go and find stillness.. The invitation of stillness is the threshold of allowing yourself to surrender into your body, breath, mind and heart in the present moment. You will finish with an extended meditation, aided by the blissful flickering of candlelight.

This class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.
