Autumn Ritual ~ vinyasa and yin yoga

As the sunlight wanes each day, the harvest culminates, temperatures drop and leaves begin to dry and release, there is a natural imperative to turn inward.   Autumn Ritual is an invitation to live in rhythm with the cycle of nature and explore themes present in the season. This workshop invites us to explore letting go and releasing in a vinyasa and yin practice, as well as exploring intuition and receiving by picking archetype cards, meditating, and journaling. Set your intentions for fall, connect more deeply to nature and yourself.

Join us October 7th, 1:00-2:30 pm
