Our 14-day free meditation experience is here to help you kick start your practice.  With stress at an all-time high, practices like meditation and mindfulness are crucial for our mental and emotional health. Join co-founder Maura Manzo for just 5 minutes every day to commit to your own and your family’s well-being.

  • Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your junk/spam if you don’t see it in your inbox.
  • You’ll have access to all the meditations immediately and indefinitely, so you can listen as much as you want!

  • ​These practices are 100% appropriate for brand new beginners – even the ones who think they can’t sit still for even 1 minute. Maura makes mediation totally accessible.
  • Also, really great for kids and anyone living in your home or who you are working with. In fact, having someone join you often holds us all more accountable, so feel free to share!
  • You don’t need anything to be able to participate – no fancy clothes or meditation cushions; no perfectly curated space. You could join from the car, if you want (of course, engine off and car parked!)

The most important thing you can bring to this experience is a willingness to try, an attitude of “stick with it”-ness and just a 5 minute commitment every day.  It’s a great complement to your yoga practice!  This 14-day free meditation experience may be just what you need to find balance in your day.
