Our commitment at  Yoga Home is to create a sacred space for all who enter and wherever they are in their practice (or life). May we be a safe and inclusive place to just be still and to connect — with our breath and our own intentions — to get grounded and quiet to be able to listen to your heart’s longing.

In a time of year when it’s so easy to focus our attention on others, we’ve created some initiatives and programs to support your own self-care and practice – be it your first time stepping on a mat or your hundredth. Whether you crave a vigorous practice or need something more gentle, our diverse schedule of classes  offers an opportunity for every body.
