Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yin yoga is a balm for our times. In a world that moves at a rapid pace, glorifies busyness and is constantly asking us to do more, yin yoga is a remedy that teaches us to slow down, explores the language of the body and helps us develop our emotional intelligence. Dive deeper into the practice, deeper into yourself, and learn how to share yin yoga in this 45-hour teacher training with Maura Manzo.

This training, for yoga teachers and serious students alike, will ground you in the fundamentals of the practice, explore philosophy and lifestyle principles that embody balance and help you develop a variety of mindfulness techniques. It will also prepare you to work with a variety of different bodies and needs.

Each weekend will include a full yin yoga class, lecture and student teaching, as well as explore different breathing and energetic practices. Attendance at all modules is required for certification if you desire to teach. Attend live or online. Payment plans are available.
