About your facilitators:
Jen Bowers, (she/her), is a Yoga Home Senior Teacher and Co-Lead Teacher of their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. She brings incredible depth of experience and deep study of yogic philosophy to her teaching. While she teaches a variety of styles, her love of yin yoga – and sharing the intersection of Chinese medicine, yoga and beautiful poetry – makes her classes truly special. Jen curates beautiful experiences for her students and is excited to return to the Himalayan Institute.
Rose DiSanto, (she/her), is a Yoga Home Senior Teacher and Adaptive Yoga Teacher. She specializes in making yoga truly accessible for every body. Rose shines when teaching Gentle and Yin – classes where she has time to support students really finding the postures in their bodies. She’s been to the Himalayan Institute many times and looks forward to bringing her gifts forward as a presenter.
