“Hands-on assists have been such an asset to my practice. Jenn does a great job not only with adjustments for safer alignment, but offering both the figurative and literal support to explore postures in a deeper way. Her assists have built confidence, which has sparked further curiosity, making my practice feel even more meaningful.”- Lauren

About your facilitator:
Jenn McCracken (she/her): Jenn, RYT-500, E-RYT, is a Senior Member of the Yoga Home Teaching Team, Trainer with their 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program and Studio Manager.  Jenn completed her 500 Hour-YTT at Three Queens Yoga and is known for hands-on assists that feel supportive, clear, and respectful. She approaches assisting as a conversation rather than a correction—listening with my hands, honoring individual bodies, and offering touch that builds trust and confidence. Jenn’s assists are grounded in presence, anatomical understanding, and compassion, helping students feel safe, seen, and empowered in their practice.
