Our physical patterns affect our mental state, and yoga can help transform them. In this practice, we’ll explore scientific and yogic ideas about the flow of creativity (chakras, spanda, rasa, and more!). In our practice, we will use movement to release rigidly linear patterns, stagnant energy, and compulsively critical thought patterns to open up to the free flow of creativity. Come ready to let go of expectations and awaken the artistic and innovative wisdom already inside of you. After the practice, we’ll experiment with drawing a mandala. Colored pencils and paper will be provided, but feel free to bring your own art supplies!
