Stephanie discovered the benefits of yoga while attending college in NYC. After leaving yoga class, she couldn’t believe how much better she felt both physically and emotionally. Her respect for the practice deepened immensely during her 200 Hour TT at New York Yoga. Off the mat, Steph is a runner and triathlete and a lover of all things fitness related. She feels blessed to work in an industry that she loves! In addition to teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Steph is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM™) Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Spin® instructor with other multiple certifications related to nutrition and exercise. She is excited to join the community at Yoga Home and hopes to expand her knowledge and practice!
