Small Business Saturday – Local Business Features

This Small Business Saturday, we would like to feature all of the local artisans and businesses we feature in our retail space! We mindfully select every product that comes through our doors to make sure they are aligned with our core values. Check out some of our vendors below and celebrate Small Business Saturday by coming into the studio this Saturday, Nov. 25th. Members will receive 15% off all items (including essential oils).

Mushmina (Wayne, PA)

If you haven’t been to the Mushmina storefront in Wayne, you need to stop by. Katie O’Neill is one half of a sister duo who co-owns Mushmina and curates an incredible array of handmade Moroccan accessories, clothing, and home goods. She and Heather O’Neill are all about empowering local artisans, particularly women, and promoting sustainable and traditional crafts.

Crystals2Go (West Chester, PA)

Bill Pryce is a sweet-hearted bespeckled fellow who imports and shapes all the crystals himself with a small team. His gems are sizeable and eye-catching; he likes to leave them on the larger size for those who use them metaphysically. If you look closely, each piece still has a natural ridge, fleck, or “imperfection” that Bill purposefully keeps so they still have a connection to the earth.

The Spirit Stone (Lafayette Hill, PA)

Alison Krywucki might be one of your favorite #yogahomies and teachers- did you know she also makes the beautiful wrapped crystal necklaces on sale in the retail space? The Spirit Stone “celebrates mother nature and the ancient wisdom of our ancestors”; plus, they’re a great accessory to your favorite yoga outfit!

With Good Intention (Philadelphia, PA)

Katie Sweeney’s yoga jewelry line is beautiful aesthetically and helps you keep an intention or mantra are the forefront of your thoughts as long as you wear it. Many folks will purchase one of the custom Yoga Home malas Katie created just for us to bring the feeling that our studio brings with them wherever they go!

Jade (Conshohocken, PA)

Jade is our friendly yoga neighbor here in Conshy, supplying us with some of our very favorite mats and accessories! All their mats are made with natural rubber (no synthetics here) and they plant a tree for every mat they sell (yes, realy!). Plus, Jade does a lot of great work with tons of amazing charities! That bright teal mat you’ve been eyeing in the studio? A portion of proceeds for that are donated to ovarian cancer research (a specific list of organizations can be found on their website under “Causes”).

Hashtaggirlz (Conshohocken, PA)

Co-owned by #yogahomie Carol Davies and Lynda Bard, Hashtaggirlz t-shirts are bold, loud, and empowering! They are not short on snark and, to quote their site, they’re “telling it like they see it”. Their #namaste tees are soft, comfortable, and have a unique cut!

1LDesigns (Conshohocken, PA)

Alison Seponara’s essential oil bracelets are so stunning, you may not have realized they’re as functional as they are lovely! Each bracelet is made up of recycled vintage beads and a few lava stone beads that will hold a drop of any essential oil for up to 72 hours! Alison, a #yogahomie who is also a practicing therapist specializing in women with anxiety and depression, is excited to offer a collection of accessories that useful (drop in some lavender and treat yourself to some relaxing aromatherapy all day)!

Mosaics by Alissa (Lafayette Hill, PA)

We cannot get over how gorgeous #yogahomie Alissa Blumenthal’s mosaic hamsas and ceramic hamsa ornaments are! Alissa handmakes each piece herself- from the mold to the design, and even the pieces! She’s been known to break vintage china in order to salvage some pieces for her works, and creates each piece with text individually. These make amazing housewarming gifts, or for anyone who needs a little extra good energy!
