Born in Nairobi, Kenya, Robin has been living in the Philadelphia area for over 20 years. Robin has been a yoga practitioner and used yoga and mindfulness to support her life fully since 2000. Yoga allows Robin to connect better with herself and others; it allows her to open her heart and be more compassionate to everyone.
Robin brings a light-hearted playful approach, combined with mindfulness to her classes. She has a charismatic personality that fills her classes with an energy that is joyful and bold. Her goal is to help her students feel safe and excited in their experience with yoga.
By providing her students with a safe supportive environment in which to practice, Robin hopes they will flourish physically and mindfully and bring their healing energy into the world. Robin is deeply committed to making yoga accessible to everyone.
Robin has received 200-hour certifications from Verge Yoga in 2016 and Power Yoga Works in 2018. In 2017, she became certified in Prenatal Yoga and received her 500-hour certification from Dig Yoga in Lambertville, NJ.
