Perkville is our technology partner that provides the platform for the rewards program. Perkville is used at more than 2000 locations worldwide, and has more than 2,000,000 end users.
How does the Yoga Home Rewards Program work?
It’s simple, you earn points for activities related to our business. Such as attending classes, referring friends, making retail purchases, attending workshops, or talking about us on social media. Once you have accumulated points you can begin redeeming rewards. You could redeem 250 points for $5 off of retail or 2,000 points for a month of unlimited yoga! How do I sign up?
You’ll receive an invitation in your email when you attend your first class, or sign-up today by clicking here! Be sure to use the same email address you used when you signed-up at Yoga Home. Just a our way of saying “thank you” for being a member of our community!
If you have an existing Perkville account with another business, there is no need to open a new account will be merged with Yoga Home!
How do I earn points?
Points are tracked using the email address you have on file with us. Earn points by completing eligible activities at Yoga Home. For example, class attendance, appointments, social media posts, referring friends, booking online and more.
How do I redeem points?
Sign in to your Perkville account, Click Redeem and select the perk you want. Show the front desk your voucher via printout or phone to redeem your perk.
How do I refer a friend to Yoga Home via Perkville?
From the Perkville site click the “Refer a friend link”, and submit your friend’s email as a referral. Then your friend visits Yoga Home on a 30 Day Intro and earns points using the same email address that you used to refer them. MindBody cannot issue referral points. You are automatically rewarded for the referral, only if you refer your friend via Perkville prior to their Yoga Home visit.
If your referral was not entered correctly, please email our Guest Relations Specialist, Rita at rita@ouryogahome.com. You will see your referral points within 10 days.
How do I check in via Facebook? I used to be able to check-in and now I cant!
Facebook has been under fire this year for their developer platform and has been making changes to their APIs. Yesterday, Facebook removed the ability for companies like Perkville to post check ins through their API. Due to this change, Perkville has removed the ability for users to earn points for Facebook check ins.
How do I redeem a free month of membership?
Your free month will be applied to your next Auto-Pay Payment. We do not refund AP payments if you want to redeem your free month on or after your AP payment.
