november community focus – practicing gratitude

As we enter the season of Thanksgiving, we’d like to focus on the practice of gratitude. Cultivating a grateful heart is the centerpiece of a spiritual practice. We hear so often the importance of having a gratitude practice, but what does it mean and how can you find something that works for you? How do you get past the big three (I’m grateful for my health, my family and friends) and go deeper? This month, we welcome you to practice gratitude both on and off of your mat.

gratitude feast: november 18th 2-4pm

Our annual Gratitude Feast has become a cherished tradition – what better way to celebrate and connect with each other than over a shared meal? Bring a dish to share (and some copies of your recipe!), your own table setting and whatever you’d like to drink.
