We know that January brings with it not only cold weather but also the commitment to new intentions and returning to practice. January can be a busy time of year for us as more and more people are interested in bringing yoga and mindfulness into their lives. Yeah for that!
This means it’s a good idea to sign up for your classes ahead of time to guarantee your mat space — you can do so via our website (which is optimized for phones and tablets) or directly from the MindBody app.

As we move through this month and deeper into the New Year, the practice reminds us that we have everything within our reach to live a fulfilling life — all we have to do is focus the mind, connect deeply to ourselves and move the divine truth within us into our words, actions, and relationships.
