Nika was drawn to the practice of yoga after she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. She needed to find room to breathe and relax. She ended up discovering a playful, powerful practice and slowly embracing her own voice. Nika comes to her mat to cultivate her willingness to be vulnerable.
She teaches to help others (and herself) find joy and unconditional acceptance. You may find her reading Mary Oliver at a local café, hiking, hugging a tree, or singing the wrong lyrics to pop songs (usually not on purpose).
She received her 200 hour vinyasa certificate from Beyond Asana in Conshohocken/Philadelphia with Maura Manzo and Brittany Policastro.
