This 4-week series will teach the basics of a yoga practice both physically and philosophically. Learn postures, breathwork and more. This class is highly encouraged for any students new to the practice — gain experience and confidence in preparation for many of the classes on our regular schedule. Class includes personal guidance, time for questions and readings to take home. Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
