You’ll enjoy a yoga, a meditative walk, healthy snacks and opportunity to connect with fellow Moms. Yoga will be a combination of basic postures for grounding and energy as well as restorative. You’re not in this alone – come join the fellowship of other Moms and nurture your body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for all levels, including those with no prior yoga experience. Please wear attire appropriate for movement and walking shoes. Bring a mat, if you have one, and a water bottle.
