1. What impacts do you wish to make on the world and how does your work reflect this?
Wow! This question seems so big and so simple at the same time. I would like to make the world a happier, more joyous and more accepting place. I reflect this in my work by greeting each student where they are with a smile. I take my work as a human, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend and a yoga teacher seriously but try not to take myself too seriously in any of these roles. I encourage smiling in all of my classes (smiling is my favorite asana).

2. Why did you decide to teach a wall class?
I took my first wall class about 3 or 4 years ago with one of my favorite teachers, Erica Bleznak, and was hooked immediately. I loved the feedback I received from the wall and how there were so many possibilities to explore and play. Using the wall can intensify a stretch, aide in alignment, and help a student gain strength.  I completed the Wall Vinyasa teacher training with Erica Bleznak in 2015.

3. Who inspires you?
I am always inspired by my daughters, Sophia (13) and Caelin (11). They inspire me to be a better person every single day.  I know they are always watching and listening to how I navigate through life.
