Kat Sullivan tried her first yoga class in college and never thought about it again until she found herself craving a movement outlet to supplement her dancing without the professional pressures and stress. After moving to Philadelphia in 2014 after graduating, she discovered Yoga Home in a google search. On a whim she dropped into Kerri Hanlon’s Power Flow, rushed out afterwards to breathlessly sign up for Meghan Dwyer’s Yin, and has been obsessed with yoga ever since. She is eternally grateful to the teachers at Yoga Home, as well as Seane Corn for her chakra workshop, for helping her evolve her practice beyond physical exercise and into it’s vast mental and spiritual healing components. Kat believes in the infinite wisdom of the body and that yoga has the power to bring herself and others into their trust authentic selves.
