Jennifer’s journey on her mat began in 2007 when her friends encouraged her to try her to a Power Flow yoga class during college. She was instantly hooked and began practicing regularly to develop a stronger and more flexible body in order to complement her running regimen, while also relieving stress during student teaching. Overtime, yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. After several years of developing her own practice, she felt the call to share the benefits of yoga with others. Her classes embody positive energy and encourage students to tap into their best selves. Jennifer has received 200 hr certifications from Power Yoga Works in 2009 and Beyond Asana in 2013. In 2017, she became certified in kid’s yoga through Yoga Life Institute. She enjoys teaching all ages- especially teenagers, kids, and babies/caregivers. Jennifer is a tenured teacher at Colonial School District, where she teaches history and coaches cross country. She works to incorporate mindfulness practices in her classroom and life everyday! Jennifer’s favorite part of her day is spending time with her husband Sean, son Braeden, and lovable dog Jackpot, in the wonderful Conshohocken community she calls home.
