Over the weekend, we’ll discuss dreams, consciousness, the nature of inspiration and intuition, and yogic ideas toward the inward journey.
This information will be complimented by gentle slow flow movement and meditation to loosen our bodies, guided visualization (including a recorded one to listen to on Saturday before bed!), and restorative postures to tune into the subtle inspiration and wisdom that normally escapes our attention. Each practice aims at opening the participant into a more dream-like state. Journaling and drawing mandalas will be used to further explore what inspiration we’ve received.
The workshop will culminate with a candle-light intention setting ritual, and discussions of how to incorporate these practices into your everyday life.
