That includes supporting you in what you choose to give as gifts this holiday season. We mindfully select every product we offer at Yoga Home. We choose local and sustainable products as often as possible and feature items that support well-being, compliment a yogic lifestyle and/or give back in some way. Ornaments by Find Your Happy Plate (Alissa Blumenthal)

Back by popular demand, Alissa’s darling ornaments make the perfect gift for a family member, coworker, teacher, or really anyone! I usually recommend these as a great tag-on to a smaller or intangible gift (around the neck of a bottle of sparkling beverage, tucked in the envelope of a gift card, etc.). I love that these double as the perfect “I-don’t-know-you-well-but-still-wanted-to-get-you-something-nice” gift and the “I-know-you-so-well-I-know-you’ll-appreciate-the-beauty-of-this” gift. They can certainly be hung with any seasonal decorations you might have up and also look great year-round hung near a door or window. Are you or someone you love moving into a new home soon?  

Journals, Affirmation Decks, and Postcards from Knock Knock Stuff

Remember that fun deck of cards we had in a few months ago with the animals, positive affirmations, and a strong dose of silliness? Well, they’re back, and with them brought a few new variations! The Affirmators series now has decks specific for work, love and relationships, and family! I love giving these and the popular Inner Truth Journals as gifts for people in my life who are looking for some mindfulness but don’t feel authentic in the self-help-iness of certain products or lifestyles. They’re just plain fun! A new product from Knock Knock Stuff that I’m particularly excited about are the postcard sets to send some love, friendship, and thanks out into the world! Easily customizable and tearable, these booklets make it so easy to send a little positivity to your loved ones (or strangers!), whether it be by mail, tucked into a bag, left on a desk, or leaving in random places! 

Crystal Earrings and Perfume Rollers from Spirit Element 

Handmade | Price Point: $10-$25

I don’t need to tell you too much about the crystal stud earrings- these tried and true Yoga Home favorites are a fantastic little gift for someone looking to incorporate the benefits of crystals into their lives with ease, or someone simply looking for a unique pair of understated jewelry! These are another item that are fantastic on their own or great paired with another item (when a gift card doesn’t feel quite enough to give). If you’re not sure what you need or are shopping for someone else, each pair has written on it it’s chakra, zodiac, and goddess association for more intuitive picking. Again, these usually fly out of stock!

Something new we picked up especially for the holidays are essential oil perfume rollers. I am not a perfume person, I was never that interested in having a specific scent, but honestly these all smell amazing and I have been completely converted. The rollers make them perfect for quick application in the morning or are easily placed in a bag or the car, and they smell DIVINE. All of them. If nothing else, you’ll want to come into the studio just to smell the samples. Plus, they each have a crystal or herb placed in the vial, making them as visually stunning as they smell. 

Ankle Warmers from Megan Knits Co.

There’s nothing like a cozy pair of legwarmers! Tucked into a pair of boots or worn around the house, these cozies made by local Megan Paolini are sure to keep you warm. Psst- are you a yin, restorative, or gentle yoga fan? Meghan Dwyer says in her wintertime classes that it’s especially important to keep your extremities warm when doing these grounded practices in the cold season. We’ve got these in a wide array of beautiful jewel tones to go with all your leggings! 

Hand and Wrist Warmers from Kevyn Antes

Some of you might remember Kevyn as one of our cheery front desk assistants! Her amazing handwarmers have long been the source of envy when gifted during Yoga Home holiday gift exchanges, and for good reason. She makes them snuggly and cute (they look amazing under sweaters, trust me). Whether you’re someone who finds mittens or gloves too restrictive outdoors or work in a drafty environment and need a little more bundling, these are the perfect way to do so. (And, don’t forget, if you love a good yin, restorative, or gentle class this time of year, it’s important to keep those extremities warm!) 

Ornaments from Hope for Haiti 

Handmade | Price Point: $10

These ornaments are made with the same beautiful paper beads that the necklaces are (ask Maura how these are made- it’s not easy!). They’re sweet, festive, and contributing to a good cause. I imagine they’d look amazing hung on a tree if you have one, dangling above a fireplace, or decorating an office space at work! Wonderful when paired with a book or special candle. 

Vertellis Card Decks from Vertellis 

Price Point: $20

These were a smash hit last year and I can’t recommend them enough as an asset to all your familial gatherings this season! A fantastic ice-breaker, an amazing way to deepen your knowledge of someone you already love, or the perfect way to steer conversation away from treacherous waters, Vertellis’ goal is to get everyone offline and into real, authentic conversation with one another! The rounds of each game involve different levels, some that require one to share at their comfort and some that put to the test just how well you know each other (or don’t!). I’ve played this with my family and can attest- it’s a lot of fun. We have the regular version as well as the romantic relationship specific version (a great gift for the newlyweds in your life, or for mature couples to reflect on how far they’ve come and all they have yet to do)! 

Reiki Ornaments from Kim Shipman

If you haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting Kim, she’s the person behind all the incredible flowers that grace our studio and altars in the spring and summer! She has an incredible green thumb and healing hand- Kim is a Shamanic Reiki Master  and leads all of our Reiki trainings. With all that in mind, you know these orbs are packed with some good juju! Filled with special herbs, crystals, and runes to call in abundance, protection, and joy, these ornaments are a meaningful gift for someone needing a little extra TLC this season. An excellent piece to have on hand during the darker months, especially if you have an altar at home. (Don’t have one yet? This may be a great starting point to make one!) 

Nag Champa from New Leaf

I can’t even tell you how often folx who come into the door tell us how much they love how it smells in here, or how much they want their home to smell like Yoga Home! Well, this stuff right here is our secret. One of the staples in the incense world, Nag Champa blend of herbs creates a peaceful, sacred space without getting too smoky or heavy. The perfect on-hand item for those looking to do some energetic cleansing, or those who simply want their room to smell good! If you like how the studio smells, the classic blue, white, and red box if your go-to. Don’t worry! We also have an awesome selection of incense holders to add to this gift!
