Assistant Managers will work collaboratively to manage various aspects of the Guest Relations, Marketing and Administrative responsibilities. This exciting opportunity in one of the fastest growing industries provides unlimited potential for growth as well as the unique chance to integrate health and wellness into both life and work. Each Assistant Studio Manager will serve as the main point of contact for guests and work exchange staff during their shift. He/she will be responsible for their overall experience and database management of their accounts and act as an educator to both guests and staff in regards to on-going and new programming, as well as retail offerings. In addition, each Assistant Manager will have his/her own area of expertise to focus on and develop.
Areas of focus include:
- Guest Services Specialist
- Marketing Specialist
- Administrative Specialist
- Teacher & Work Exchange Liaison
Assistant Managers can expect to work with and learn from a dynamic and inspiring group of people, including working directly with co-founders, Maura Manzo and Kerri Hanlon.
