Led to yoga by back pain in 2008, she quickly discovered the profound benefits of seeking wellness through a mind/body/spirit approach. Divine intervention brought her from the sweaty studios of the Jersey Shore to Philly in 2013 and placed her in the hands of the Yoga Garden where she completed my first 200 Vinyasa training (Yoga Alliance) under the wisdoms of Mark Nelson and Chae Yang. She quickly learned that yoga is more than asana and believe when we tune into the deep wisdom of our bodies, we find the path to healing on many levels. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a lifestyle and is enthusiastic about leading others toward moving through life with compassion and awareness in order to align with their Highest Selves.
Her athletic background and gypsy soul bring energy and a passion for discovery to her sequencing. Expect to move your body and tune into its feedback. She will lead you through integrating the breath with physical alignment, and her classes shed light on how our practice brings us closer to joy, ease and living in our Highest Self in everyday situations. She teaches to the bodies in the classroom, divinely guided and without a set plan, so that yoga can be accessible to everyone. Backed by meaningful intentions, you can count on her instruction to passionately open your heart and mind through movement. Anticipate a full experience you can carry off the mat.
